I’m super excited to share with you ‘The 12 Days of FITNESS Challenge’.
Each day, from Dec 11 to Dec 22, We are going to post a daily workout AND a daily FIT TIP for our group. We can also email it to you if that works better but joining the group is a great way to stay motivated and accountable.
The WORKOUTS are designed for anyone, anywhere to be able to do. No equipment required - and can even be done traveling.
The FIT TIPS are little things that will help us best handle our holiday meals. These are things to help motivate us to stay on track with our goals but to NOT deprive ourselves.
We’re still eating gramma’s sweet potatoes and stuffing! We’re still enjoying the holiday baking. But we offer tips to help us control our eating and stay focused on our goals BUT still get the most out of Holiday parties!
