Connie and Kim were wonderful! This was my first time here, I suffer from fibromyalgia, I fly nearly every month and 6-10x a year on international trips so I’ve been hurting- with lots of water retention, bloating, and bad circulation. I did the infrared sauna, the red light panels and compression and it was amazing. I feel like I even slimmed down some in just one day. I can’t wait to come back!

As a gymnast my whole body is sore almost all the time, but Below Zero Cryo made me feel so much at home and the treatment had me feeling at my top performance shape! The staff is so wonderful and kind! Highly recommend for any athlete!

I was never a fan of the cold but doing cryo has helped with arthritis in my knees and the extremely friendly staff always helps me get thru it. I absolutely love this place!

Below Zero Cryo in Frisco is fabulous. Charming, excellent service, great prices, and a clean environment. I love getting full-body cryotherapy after karate. It makes recovery so much less like I got hit by a truck. I highly recommend cryotherapy to gym rats and athletes. It''s a walk-in chamber with your head upcoming out the top; you''re in it for 2-3 mins at -150° to -240°, wearing socks, slippers, and gloves (provided). It reduces the soreness in your muscles tremendously! Incredible technology blows my mind. I wasn''t sure if cryo was a scam, but I swear by it now. They have memberships, package deals, and Groupons [w/ unlimited purchases]. If you live an active lifestyle that kicks your butt, I recommend giving it a shot. They also have a perks system to earn points for merch and stuff, earned by each session, referring friends, etc.
