Just wanted to let you know that we've made some updates to make our menus more user friendly. The fact that you can't find some things now doesn't mean we don't want to stay friends with you :-)

And don't worry, all of the pages are still there. At least they should be ;-)

Here is a quick overview of where some of your favorite pages may be hiding now.

This area on top right will now contain all things related to your biz set-up. You'll find there your Account Overview, Employee Management page, Billing, Integrations and Notification Settings.

has moved from the left menu to your Dashboard and can be found by clicking on the circle for Phone Calls. As before, this report gives you insight as to who is calling your tracking number. Here is a quick access link to check it out: https://backend.referrizer.com/reports_calls.php

This report could also store call recordings if you wish. You can reach out to us to turn it on for you, but we do request that your phone line has an intro message stating that all calls are recorded for training (or quality control) purposes. This is a legal requirement for consumer protection.

This dropdown will replace the Export and Import Contacts buttons on your contact page. Additionally, on this menu, you will have access to common tools for contact management such as Subscription Form, Contacts Us Form and integrations.
