The mission of the studio is to provide hot yoga and other services to the community. However, it is the economics of the studio that make the services possible.

Having as many people attend classes as possible impacts both the mission and the finances of the studio.

As the studio works to navigate the pandemic, its operating costs remain the same yet income is reduced due to the number of people allowed in for classes. This occupancy restriction has been in place for some time now, and while we hoped it would relax in early 2021, it appears that the restrictions will remain for a while longer

Registering for classes has become critical so that as many as possible get class time.

Just as important as registering is cancelling.

When you know you cannot attend, please cancel as far ahead of time as possible. We are having instances where registered students do not attend a class, and others wanting to attend can not get class time, even though a spot is open.  

Though this action is not preferred, in order to manage this challenge, two cancellation policies are being implemented.

1. You can cancel your registration online up to 6 hours before class start time.

2. When a membership owner registers for class and doesn't attend without canceling more than 6 hours ahead of the class, and the class had maximum registrations, a $10 fee will be applied to the members account

Again, these policies are being implemented to help as many students attend class as possible, and to help financially protect the studio.
