We're excited to announce a new update regarding your monthly text credits! From now on, you will be able to rollover any unused text credits for up to 3 months!

This means that if you have a Premium account with 2000 monthly text credits you can save them up to have up to 8000 credits available!

How great is that?!
Here's how it works:

• Any unused credits at the end of the month will be rolled over to the next month (starting with unused credits from October 2019).

• The credits will be available for a maximum of 3 months (i.e. any unused credits from October will disappear in February).

• When scheduling a text campaign, the system will first use the current month's credits and then the oldest credits available (i.e. in January, if you don't have enough January credits you will first use any unused October credits, then November credits, etc).

• This means you have 3 extra months to use your text credits to send amazing campaigns to your contacts!
 
What Else Is New?
Select contacts across pages

You now have the ability to select contacts across multiple pages. This will make it easier to label contacts into different groups.
New option for check-in texts

There is now a 'combine' option for check-in texts. If selected, check-in texts will first send via the tracking number and then, if unsuccessful, will send via short code.
'Stop' Triggers for Emails 

You can now create 'stop' conditions for your triggered email campaigns to prevent your contacts being sent the wrong emails.
