For the holiday weekend, we are offering the option to take Friday's 8:30am Virtual Mat Pilates class live or on your own time throughout the weekend. This means you can either join us live on 9/4 at 8:30am OR you can take the pre-recorded class up until Monday at 11:59pm. Everyone will be sent a pre-recorded link, so can also do both and take the class as many times as you want!
