Judo Fundamentals
Tuesday - 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Wednesday - 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM
This class will focus on the fundamentals: break falls (ukemi), grips (kumikata), and standing techniques (tachi-waza). Class will focus on Judo drills and executing reps.
This class suited for new Judokas or for anyone looking to improve in related sports.
Judo Randori
Thursday - 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Class will teaches the basics of grip fighting, movement, and fight pacing. The lessons will focus on how to obtain the desired grips, move your opponent, and to execute techniques in the “Gentle Way”.
Class will finish with competitive randori where Judoka can refine their techniques.
Judo for Kids
Tuesday - 6:15 PM to 6:45 PM
Class is for 6 to 16 year old boys and girls
This class provides a fun and excited way to introduce the sport of Judo, develop physical education for children, and do so with fun!
Class will include a combination of fun activities and games, and teaching Judo fundamentals such as break falls, roles, and techniques.
