Feeling hot? I know how to cool down! We were waiting patiently for the summer to arrive. And now it's here. I am not ready ... I feel like I gained 5 pounds overnight and my limbs got swollen, my rings are too tight, forgot about my favorite shorts and skirts. What to do? I want to feel light and flexible. Yes - that's what most of us feel sometimes at the beginning of the summer. Our bodies are trying to adjust to the hot temperature outside and cool temperature inside, all opposite to the winter. It's always a struggle. But no worries. There are solutions. All you need to do is help your bodies' natural functions to adjust. My suggestion would be: - Start eating cooling food - watermelon, cucumbers, zucchini and leafy dark green salads. - Drink a lot of water with lemon + mint + cucumber! - Yoga, walking early in the morning and at night after dinner. - And of course - colon cleanse. This is the most underestimated solution to deflate.
