After my first associate passed away, the second one stopped answering my questions, so I changed to another, which up to about year ago, I was getting excellent service…but lately, I have to ask the same question(s) multiple times and receiving no response. I can understand if she is sick or really busy with a lot of customers, but she needs to communicate.
