I have been using Crown Cruises for many years and many cruises. After my first associate passed away, the second one stopped answering my questions, so I changed to another, which up to about year ago, I was getting excellent service…but lately, I have to ask the same question(s) multiple times and receiving no response. I can understand if she is sick or really busy with a lot of customers, but she needs to communicate.

We've booked many cruises with Crown Cruise Vacations and couldn't be happier with them. They handle all our questions and book our cruises at the best possible rates. We wouldn't use anyone else for our travel.
