Times may be tough, but adventures can still go on.  Cycling is a great form of exercise, and very easy to stay socially distant, especially when you search out quiet country roads!

Over the last couple of years, the mountain bikers in the area have built several miles of new trails at Cacapon Resort State Park.  Recently, we helped build some new fun features.  Dust off your bike and check them out!  And be sure to connect wih the "Mountain Bikers of the 540 & 304: Northern Shenandoah Valley" Facebook group to stay connected with other mountain bikers.

We are hopeful that the Triple Peak Gran Fondo will be able to run as sheduled on June 6.  We will be keeping an eye on things and following government and health protocols.  Should we need to reschedule to later or even push it back to next year, all current entries will be valid for the new date.  Don't be afraid to register, because you won't lose out no matter how it plays out!
