Great variety of classes and teachers, different levels. Be aware there is an all-gender policy there so you should be comfortable with having men at the classes. It does not happen too often, but does happen

I love going to Elite Pole and Fitness. Everyone I encounter is so friendly and supportive. It’s a great workout and I feel amazing afterwards. I’m almost 40 and doing things I never would have dreamed I could do at 20!

If you're thinking about choosing a studio to learn pole, I highly recommend this one! All of instructors are knowledgeable and experienced, and they always make sure to give you the support and encouragement you need which is so important as a beginner. There's definitely a sense of community at this studio, everyone is very kind and caring. I've made so much progress since I've been taking classes here and my confidence in my body and abilities has grown so much. They do fun holiday themed parties and those are a great time. If you're looking for a body-inclusive and welcoming space to learn pole, you found it!!

I love this studio! They have great classes and workshops. Liquid with Freddie and Jasmine, chair classes, twerkshops, flow class. One of the best choices I’ve ever made was starting pole with Elite!

Highly recommend this place no matter what level you are. The instructors are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and are always there willing to help. I feel like I’ve learned so much in so little time.

Had so much fun in class today. Worked up a great sweat while feeling strong and sexy.

The learning session was amazing. I booked the birthday party session with my girls it was about 8 of us and we had a ball. I’m so happy that I’ve decided to do it with my girls because it made it all the more fun. Now they all want to return so we will be planning a next visit soon. 🙌🏽 I highly recommend it. Our instructor Jackie was Impeccable, I usually like to stick with one instructor but I think I’ll give another one a shot 🙌🏽🤞🏽🙏🏽🥰

I love taking yoga sunday mornings with Karolyn because it is great cross-training and injury prevention for my pole practice and my running! Also Karolyn is just so nice!

Joining this studio has been the most incredible journey of not only fitness and dance but self love and body acceptance. Every single instructor has made me feel beautiful, confident and strong while helping me grow as a woman and dancer and fall in love with performance art all over again.
