TWO CLASSES WILL BE OFFERED:

3 - 4 pm: Intro to AcroYoga (No experience or partner necessary!)
4 - 5:15 pm: Mixed Level AcroYoga - Advancing Your Practice

Learn and build on the foundations of AcroYoga or advance your practice! We will dive into this practice together using yoga, partner drills, flying, basing and spotting. We will also cover the delicate art of flying thai massage as our pathway to promote healing.

Intro: $15
Mixed Level: $20 Members - $25 Non-Members
Both: $25 Members - $30 Non-Members
