Quick Class Levels Guide: Intro to Pole: For brand newbies and students who cannot yet climb. Intro/Level 1: Open to brand newbies, Intro level students, those new to level 1 or anyone wanting to work on Level 1 basics. We will focus on Intro Level tricks, and then give options for the level 1 students in the room how to advance these basic spins, climbs, and sits. We will introduce spin pole, and work on strengthing for inversions. Pole Level 1: For students who can climb to the top of the pole, do a basic sit, and have strong tucks. This class is when we will start inverting! (Instructor approval required) Pole Level 1 - 2: For students who have been in Level 1 for a little while or Level 2, and can at least do a basic invert into bat. This class will focus on stregthening choppers, leg hangs, and either how to advance these into level 2 variations, or giving Level 2 variations for all moves. Pole Level 1 - 3: For students who have been in Level 1 for a little while and Level 2 - 3 students. This class will start with a level 1 move and progress into Level 2 - 3 variations, usually ended with an option to put all tricks together into an advanced combo. Students will work at their own pace, and stop where their individual level requires. Pole Level 2 - 3: For students who can strongly invert, leg hang, and butterfly. We will work on aerial inversions, shoulder mounts, handsprings, and advance pole combos. Intro to Pole and Up AND Mixed Level Pole: All levels classes, we will work with brand newbies up to level 3. Each student will work at their own pace, as the instructor comes around to give different level variations.
