Beginner Exotic Pole Flow class open to brand newbies! This class will feature a fun warm-up, some sexy pole and floor moves, and an exotic pole routine.

Recommended Attire: Shorts or leggings, knee pads (or leg warmers over leggings, you will want some cushion for your knees!), and socks or heels (make sure heels have good ankle support, pole platforms recommended but not required).
