Learn the very basics of Pole and Sensual body movement in this Beginner level class. Perfect for all strength levels AND body types. We will break down basic body movement, floor, and pole techniques and then combine them into a short beginner dance combo. No prior fitness or dance experience necessary! Recommended Attire: Shorts or leggings, knee pads (or leg warmers over leggings, you will want some cushion for your knees!), and socks or heels (make sure heels have good ankle support, pole platforms recommended but not required). $25 for Non-members - $10 of Auto-Pay members ** This class is already half way full!
