This class is designed for all body types to learn the basic fundamentals of twerking. Class will include booty shaking, booty popping, body rolls, hip/cheek isolation, floor work twerk, and twerk power moves. Class will be structured with first a warm up, core moves, drills, twerk routine, and cool down. Attire: It is recommend to wear sneakers, knee pads, stretch shorts, or leggings - please no restrictive garments as it will impact booty mobility.
