RULES:

1 point– Post a Photo or Video to Fb OR Instagram, 2 points– Post to BOTH
-      Must set location or tag yourself at Elite Pole and Fitness
-      You can check-in once PER CLASS

3 points– Write a 5 star review on FB or Yelp
-      Must write a few sentences along with review
-      Can only write 1 review per site

5 points- Attending and Posting at the Pole & Pilates Fusion workshop!

Show posts and reviews to instructor after each class to receive points!

Student with the most points at the end of the month will win!

Pole & Pilates Circuit Fusion

Sat. 12/15, 2 - 3:15 pm

Pole & Pilates Fusion with Jess Paris! Combines Pole, Pilates, and her army training background to create a unique blend of disciplines while also generating a fun workout!

Required Attire: Sneakers!

$12 for Members - $20 for Non-Members

Christmas Pole Flow Party

This class will include a Christmas themed Pole Flow routine, suitable for ALL levels followed by 30min Pole Jam, Holiday music and treats! We will also be doing an (optional) Chinese Polyanna! (Always one of the most fun parts of the night!) Open to all current (or Past!) Elite students and is including in your membership or package!
