Beginner AcroYoga! Learn the basics of basing and flying partner yoga skills, drills, and poses. We will also cover the delicate art of flying Thai massage, as our pathway to promote healing. Open to new students and also those who have taken several of our Acro workshops before. No partner or experience is necessary!

Thursday 12/19, 7:15 - 9:15 pm

This class will include a Christmas themed Pole Flow routine, suitable for ALL levels followed by 30 min pole jam, holiday music and treats! We will also be doing an (optional) Chinese Pollyanna (always one of the most fun parts of the night)!
