Saturday June 15th, 2 - 3:30 pm This class is different than a regular flow class, as it will work on breaking down heel, flow and floor work technique and tricks! This class is all levels but it is recommended that you have taken a minimum of 5 Intro and/or Flow classes at Elite (or other pole studio). Not for new students (visit elitepoleandfitness.com/schedule for Intro classes). Required: Pole heels and knee pads are required. I also recommend bringing a long sleeve shirt. |
