Saturday 3/23, 3:30 - 4:30 pm Primal Movement Flow is an innovative new class format designed to explore the movement potential of the human body. This class combines natural, functional, ground-based movements like crawling, squatting and rolling to create a challenging workout that can help our bodies gain flexibility, repair and prevent injury, and build strength.
