Sunday 10/6 10 am BEGINNER YOGA will be cancelled. This week only! Unfortnately we were unable to find a sub, but Karolyn will be back the following week!

Wednesdays 9:15 am Mixed Level Yoga - Unfortnately due to low attendance 10/2 will be the last day for this class. If you like this class, let us know! If we have enough interest we can bring it back in January.

Saturday 12:15 pm Pole 1 - 2 will be changing to Pole 1 - 3. We will split the levels up again after showcase! :)

Thursday 10/31 - Pole 2-3 and Advanced Flow will be cancelled for our annual HALLOWEEN PARTY, read below for more details!

Heels Class (Non-Pole)

Saturday, Oct. 12th at 3 - 4:15 pm

Come channel your inner Beyoncé and learn the basics, technique, and choreography to dancing in your favorite pair of heels that make you feel sexiest - off the pole! Whether this is your first time dancing in heels or you're a seasoned veteran, this class will be friendly to ALL LEVELS! Prepare for lots of hair whipping, hip rolling, and booty shaking!

$20 Members - $25 Non-Members

Beginner AcroYoga Workshop

Saturday, Oct. 26th at 3:15 pm

Beginner AcroYoga! Learn the basics of basing and flying partner yoga skills, drills, and poses. We will also cover the delicate art of flying Thai massage, as our pathway to promote healing. Open to new students and also those who have taken several of our Acro workshops before. No partner or experience is necessary!

Halloween Pole Flow Party!

Thursay Oct. 31st, 7 - 9 pm

Our annual Halloween themed Pole Party! Falls on actual Halloween this year whoo hoo! We will start with our usual halloween themed pole flow routine, and then continue the party with a Pole Jam! Open to ALL Levels. Costumes/Halloween themed attire is highly encouraged!
