Traditional ballet-barre inspired workout incorporating elements of Pilates, Yoga and Functional Training. This workshop will integrate isometric and body weight exercises to improve posture and strength.

This event is open to ALL levels! You do not need any prior pole or dance experience to join!

Introduction to AcroYoga! This class is designed specifically for those who are new and curious about this super fun new yoga craze! Learn the basics of basing and flying partner yoga skills, drills, and poses. We will also cover the delicate art of flying thai massage as our pathway to promote healing. No partner or experience is necessary!

This class will feature a 60 minute AcroYoga lesson followed by a 30 minute instructor assisted Jam/Practice session. All Levels Welcome!
