Our annual Halloween themed Pole Party! This year we are making this event bigger and better! We will start with our usual halloween themed pole flow routine, and then continue the party with a Pole Jam! Open to ALL Levels. Costumes/Halloween themed attire is recommended but not required!

This class covers the basics of the structure of a traditional 78 card deck. We'll talk through what each of the 22 Major Arcana represent as well as the archetypes associated with the 4 suits of the minor arcana. Additionally, we'll learn about how to cleanse decks, tips for reading for yourself and others, and some common tarot spreads. This workshop will teach you the basics you need to get started with reading tarot.

This class covers the basic components of natal charts. Most people are familiar with their sun sign, but that's only one tiny piece of the entire picture. We each have a unique natal chart that describes our preferences and patterns. This course covers the basics on how to decipher those charts. You'll learn the archetypes for the houses, planets, signs of the zodiac, and major astrological aspects. This mini workshop will teach you the basics you need to pull a chart and work through basic analysis.

Introduction to AcroYoga! This class is designed specifically for those who are new and curious about this super fun new yoga craze! Learn the basics of basing and flying partner yoga skills, drills, and poses. We will also cover the delicate art of flying thai massage as our pathway to promote healing. No partner or experience is necessary!

This class will feature a 60 minute AcroYoga lesson followed by a 15 minute instructor assisted Jam/Practice session. Must have taken at least 1 of our Intro to Acro Classes to attend this class!

Build on the foundations of AcroYoga! We will dive into this practice a little deeper using yoga, partner drills, flying, basing and spotting.
