This class will take place outdoors at the Newport Park (right next to the studio). Very limited space. 
 
Please be aware that we will be sharing equipment (we will have hand sanitizer on hand).
 
Each class will be slightly different, so you are welcome to sign up for multiple workshops. 
 
Pre-Req: Pole Chopper or bat, or general ability to invert (if you do not have pole/aerial experience but would like to attend, email us and we can see if you are ready for this class!)

Recommended Attire: Shorts and a tank-top.
