Heels With Kiera:

This class is beginner friendly but we will definitely work! The class is revolved around elements of jazz technique with a strong emphasis of feeling confident and sexy within your body. Wear whatever heels you're comfortable dancing in. If you've never taken a heels class, I suggest practicing around your room just to make sure you'll be good in your heels before class!

Clothing: wear anything that makes you feel confident. If you wear shorts, you may want to bring knee pads; I always include floor movement in my choreography. Looking forward to dancing with you!
