Our class cancellation policies are put in place to help YOU! If you cannot attend a class you are signed up for, the earlier you can cancel the better! Help our schedule run smoothly, avoid late cancel fees, and give those on the waitlist plenty of notification time!

CLASS SIGN-UP/CANCELLATION POLICY:

It is mandatory that all students register online for each class you attend.  If you cannot attend a class that you are registered for you MUST cancel yourself out of the class. You may cancel a class up to 2 hours in advance without penalty. If you are a drop-in or class package holder and register for a class and do not show or cancel within 2 hours before the class start time (late cancel) you will lose a session from your package. Membership holders will be charged $5 to their CC on file for every late cancel.

WAIT-LIST POLICY:

If a class you would like to attend is FULL, we highly recommend adding yourself to our waitlist. Wait-list notifications will come through the email provided on your Elite account. It is the students responsibilty to pay attention to their email to find out if you have been added into a class (off the waitlist). Please make sure you are subscribed to our Auto-Emails to receive these notifications. Notifications can be sent up to an hour before the class start time. Once added to a class off of the waitlist, all of our regular cancellation policies will apply! If you are no longer able to attend a class that you are on the waitlist for, you must cancel yourself off the waitlist in order to ensure that you are not added to the class. Chances of getting off of a waitlist are very high for our regular classes!
