WAITLIST POLICY REMINDERS!

- We have a 2 hour class cancellation policy.

- You have a HIGH chance of getting into a class that is full, so put yourself onto the waitlist if you really want to attend.

- Watch your email (or subscribe to text notifications) carefully. (Log on to you Elite account or message [email protected] to subscribe to text notifications)

- Waitlist notifications can arrive as close to ONE HOUR before class time. 

- If you are on a waitlist and can no longer attend, it is your responsibility to take yourself off the waitlist 2 hours or prior to the class start time!

- If you get into a class from the list, all regular cancellation policies apply.

- Please be mindful of those on the waitlist, if you cannot attend a class that you are signed up for, cancel out ASAP. We will be very strict on cancel fees during this busier time. 

- Late Cancel Fees: Package holders will lose their session. Unlimited pass holders will be charged a $5 Late Cancel Fee.

- Mondays 7 pm is our busiest class year-round. Try out some less popular class times for smaller class sizes (like Wednesdays at 9 pm!). Class size will decrease as you advance and after the New Years rush dies down! 

We require ALL students to follow these polices in order for the studio to run smoothly and to continuing offering such a convenient 2 hour policy. Thank you for your understanding!
