3 - 4:30 pm Fluid Spin:
Fluid flow and flexibility tricks on rotating pole. Learn how to create the illusion of flexibility in tricks or dive deeper into tricks you may have never thought you could do. All flexibility levels suitable for this class and designed for those that can comfortably invert and leg hang. (Elite Level 2 and up)

5 - 6:30 pm Faux Flares and Flips:
A static pole workshop combing the dynamic elements of spinning, flaring, and flipping. Learn acrobatic basework flips and tricks that can be smoothed into soft flow or amped up into a dynamic combo. Great class for those hesitant to flips and want to dip their toes in! (Elite level 1.5 and up)
