These classes will serve 3 purposes and can be used in 3 different ways.
1.) This will be a great group program for anyone who is in season but can't make their group times. You can sign up for one, two, or three sessions per week and can pick which ones you go to (you are allowed to change each week)
2.) If you're in one of our other groups and you miss one of your regular sessions, you're allowed to drop into one of these classes as a make up session. 3) If you want to start a group program in the middle of the month (not during a sign up phase) or if you just want to test out our program you can pay per class (at an increased fee) |
