Enter through our lobby door with the sign "Your journey starts here" The first session will require some physical paper work and payment. We will offer payments and paper work in our lobbies while practicing social distancing but we are also able to do paperwork and payment curbside. The following questions will be asked.

COVID QUESTIONARRE 

1)      Have you been in contact or know someone that has been in contact with a covid19 patient?

2)      Do you have any of the following symptoms: Fever, cough, or shortness of breath?

3)      Have you traveled out of the state in the past 14 days to an area that has a large number of Covid19 cases?

DO YOU AGREE TO:

1)      Stay home if you answered yes to the above

2)      Regular temperature screenings

3)      Assist in cleaning equipment at the end of class?

Your children will be guided to the training space where their temperature will be taken.
