*NEW PROGRAM ALERT* Are you a volleyball or basketball player trying to get a jump on your competition? Maybe you're a track athlete trying to add some power to your field events? The focus of this program is to build real sport explosiveness while teaching proper jump and land mechanics. FACT: the majority of traumatic jumping injuries occur during deceleration (landing). FACT: Many chronic injuries associated with jumping occur with faulty launch mechanics. Our goal is to add inches to each members jump abilities while reducing the chances of injuries. In other words, we want more power and less pain! Starting in February this program will be on Tuesdays at 630. Drop ins are welcome but we recommend pre-registration to guarantee a spot (class size is limited to first 15). Call, email, or DM us for more information.
