We will be hosting a performance workshop and mini-camp covering the areas of: • Nutrition • Recovery • Mobility • Sprint Performance The players will learn about nutrition to help with weight management (gaining/losing), performance on the field, and home recovery. We will go over shoulder-care and lower body mobility to maintain healthy muscles and joints. We will finish by doing a sprint performance mini-camp that has shown an average of a quarter second improvement in a 30 yd dash in an hour session. |
