Good morning! I hope this email finds you well. If you are seeing this it is because you have been a part of, or you currently are a part of, our one on one coaching program. I personally want to thank you for trusting us and investing in our program for you son, daughter, or your self. This email is a courtesy reminder that in August we will have a $5 per session increase in price. for example, coming once a week (4x a month) will add $20 to the monthly fees for the program.

There are several reasons why we have to do this, but the primary ones are valuing the staff, and our rescheduling policy. Every one who is a part of our one on one training gets an entire team focused on their goals and training. I am a part of the evaluations and I make and design the workouts as well as I help run some of the sessions, my staff participate in running the sessions and they are 100% dedicated to that child at that moment, another staff member helps with their daily nutrition, and there is always someone at the desk to help with schedule conflicts and changes. I want to continue to pay the staff wages that match their efforts and skills, and to do this we have to see an increase in price

we have to change our rescheduling policy to no longer allow a reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time. Since we are all humans with other things going on, I came to the conclusion that this would be a better solution.
