As the end of the summer approaches we wanted remind everyone that all memberships continue into the fall/school calendar UNLESS you fill out a termination form at the front desk. You can have your child bring one home and you can fill it out as well but, WE MUST RECEIVE the form at least 7 days before the 1st of August or your child will be re-enrolled into the next available program.
Since the Majority of our summer members will continue to train with us into the school year it is up to those who will be taking time away to let us know by filling out the appropriate forms. Without this charges will still apply with no refunds.
If you are leaving we just want to say thank you for joining us for the craziest summer in all of our lifetimes! We hope to see everyone playing this fall!
If you are unable to pick up a cancellation form please contact us ASAP to be sent an alternative form. |
