October is almost here (which means school is in full swing!) We have spots in almost all of our programs and don't forget - GREEN classes are drop in friendly and don't require testing/enrollment week
+STRENGTH: a weightlifing only class that builds strength, teaches proper form, and boost confidence in the weight room at school. +SPEED: A class solely dedicated to building speed that helps with all sports. We cover concepts like technique, acceleration, and top end speed that makes people say "when did they get fast?" (that is an actual quote)
+POWER: If being explosive and jumping higher are one of your kids goals than this is a great class to try. We teach drills that mitigate injury risks while driving performance up! On average we see 2.5" added to a vertical in just 4 WORKOUTS!!
Remember, all of our sport (not green) classes work on all of these aspects but in a way that ties directly to the sport at hand! |
