After speaking with city officials, in conjunction with our move into our new facility, we will continue to conduct ZOOM, youtube, and home workouts until May 11th. Starting at this time we will begin to host modified GROUP and One on One training at our new location 2651 Central East Freeway Wichita Falls Tx 76302.

We will first create a schedule for our current members and then we will begin accepting new and returning members into whatever spots we have. We are hopeful that by May 11th we may even be allowed to gather in larger groups with less restrictive measures (phase II planning)

With two more weeks of Zoom Endu with you workouts to go we wanted to remind everyone to log in and still participate with us during this time of transition. We will be updating our groups each week with what we will be able to do to maximize training while reintroducing normalcy!
