Can you believe it's already been over 2 months since we first opened our doors? As our F45NT community continues to grow, we now have many classes each week that are filled up. As a result, we will be implementing our Cancelation Policy starting this Saturday February 23rd, 2019 for ALL morning and weekend classes.

Cancellation Window: 8hrs (Must cancel at least 8 hrs prior to the class)
Cancellation Fee: $15

While it is our hope that you are not subject to any late cancellation fees, this will avoid people reserving spots and not showing up, which is unfair to the rest of the members who would like to train. This will also keep you accountable for attending any booked classes.

For those of you doing the Challenge, keep it up, you're going to start to see significant changes in your body over the next 6 weeks. The results will far outweigh the meal prep efforts!
