Hi ! As a result of social distancing, we at F45 Heath are launching a platform to support each other both mentally and physically as we navigate this testing time together! F45Live is essentially a virtual membership to our award winning F45 studio and community! Here is what you get:

- Access to 3 Live Zoom sessions per day with our certified trainers. These will include resistance based, cardio based, and hybrid style classes. These classes will allow trainers to interact on a more personal level with you!
- A private Facebook group for all members with daily updates and interaction with other members and all trainers.

- Recorded and written workouts if you miss the live ones!
- Family Fun with workouts & programming that the whole family can get involved with

- Access to “F45er’s” app containing OnDemand workouts and nutritional guides provided by F45 HQ (starting in April)
