Congrats to our F45 Heath Challenge 3 Winner, Kyla Simmons!!!

Shout out to everyone who took part in our last studio Challenge. We are always so excited to see the awesome results that you all earned. Fall in love the process and you'll see the results!!!

Studio Announcements

- Welcome back, Taran!!!: Taran is back from her European wedding and honeymoon. We're excited to have her back and she's excited to get back to it! Congrats to Taran and Gary and may they have an amazing, beautiful life together!

- July 4th Schedule: We will be open July 4 for 2 morning sessions: 7:30am and 8:30am. Make sure to book in now as spots are going quickly!! Rock the red, white, and blue!!

- Membership Suspensions: We have instituted a new suspenion policy. If you wish to freeze your account for vacation you must let us know in studio 7 days in advance as well as sign our Suspension notice indicating what dates you would like to suspend your account. A suspension must be a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 5 with the first week free and every consecutive week after being $10.

- Next Studio Challenge: Our next studio Challenge will begin July 22! We will do body scans the week before. We will have a sign up sheet in studio soon for who wants to participate in our next fun, studio Challenge. May the best team and individual win!! A little friendly competition always helps to stay motivated!
