The situation with the Coronavirus has put pressures on us all. We continue to keep the facility as safe and clean as possible. We know we assist in building up your defense system with our workouts and we want to be here for you. Our plan is to stay open and operating unless we are forced to close. In that event, we are prepared to have our managers and trainers provide daily emails with a link to follow along Video Workouts you can do at home.  You will hear the same trainers yelling their favorite lines at you and see our smiling faces.  You will receive an email each evening for the next day's workout and will just need to simply hit the link and follow along.  We will use creative workouts with items you have at home and this will allow for temporary at home workouts that keep your immune system in the best shape possible.
 
With that said we are asking for your support during this trying time. Freezing memberships or resignations will damage our business and our ability to perform at the level you all expect from us. We are writing to ask your support through this trying time. We are well aware this could have lasting effect on many and we understand if you are damaged and may need to make certain decisions.  Freezing memberships is a convenience we normally do not mind making available to you but during this period of caution we are asking that no one freeze their account. Our costs have not stopped and if everyone were to freeze at the same time we would be in serious trouble financially.  We will be here to support you every day and ask for your support.
 
We want to offer a promise and guarantee that if you continue to support us during this down time we will make every effort possible to make this commitment back to you with future options to make up for the support you provided to us.  If we do in fact have to temporarily close, we will immediately put the Video Plan in effect for you to do your video workouts from home and continue to make the best of this situation for those of you that stay with us.
