This month we will be doing a Referral Game where you will have the opportunity to receive a free month to F45! Spread the word about F45 and bring in some friends, family, coworkers, and swollmates! Here are the details:

If you refer someone for a free trial week, you will recieve one entry into a drawing for a free month. If the person you refer ends up becoming a F45 client, you will recieve an additional 4 entries into the free month drawing.

Please make sure to let us know or have your referral let us know who referred them during their first workout at the studio so we can keep track!

Bring those Bingo cards in this week to check off your last few boxes. We will do a drawing for the Blacked Out cards and another drawing for an X, T, or +. That'll be done next week after we get everyone's Bingo cards in! If you didn't get to participate in this game of F45 Bingo, we will be doing it again soon!

In November, we will be adding 2 minutes of extra core work after each session. Great time of year to hit something extra with all the temptations of holiday treats around! We will announce what that week's extra core work will be on Sunday before the week starts! Stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook for that!

We have partnered with Helping Hands to provide food for less fortunate families over the holidays. It will take place from November 4th - November 16th. Please take a look at the list of food items they are looking for that is posted in the studio! Excited that we can have a part in providing for others! Help us help others have an awesome Thanksgiving!
