The F45 Playoffs, the benchmark for fitness testing globally, made a perfect unveiling in our Sai Ying Pun studio on Oct 21st, in which most of the participants are from our local F45 community. The 10 minute fitness test in reality, is tough. The different stations focus on speed, strength, agility, endurance, mobility and power. Each exercise can score you a maximum of 100 points with the 10 stations combining to give a score out off 1000. The vibe of the crowd was a mix of nervousness and excitment, but everyone did a great job in just testing their own fitness levels.

While the challenge is little intimidating, it is always good to get a closer look at your current functional strength and fitness and work from there. WELL DONE ALL!
