Great structured workout with even better skilled trainers

F45 has been a fantastic experience for me! No matter which class I attend, I feel the positivity in support from the coaches. I have been to many other gyms and other f45 locations too! The South Mckinney location is special! Everyone is encouraging and I drive at least 20 minutes each way to make it to the workout and still worth every minute of the time I spend here!

I've tried other gyms and also Other F45 locations but love this one especially the S. MCKINNEY with its bigger size and friendly trainers and super great energy.

10/10 recommend for all fitness levels!!!
