And you don't have to wait until your renewal date for your lower rate to kick in… Simply activate your accumulated renewal credits at any time by renewing your contract early. For example, suppose you have brought in three guests that purchased memberships and you still have 9 months left on your annual contract. You can work on getting another three guests in to get your second year free, or you can renew your contract early at half price. And there's more good news… Not only will you be offering your guests a voucher for two weeks of F45 workouts for free, but also a free F45 T-shirt or tank top after completing their first three workouts, and a free Lionheart Heart Rate Monitor and $125 off membership fees if they sign up for an annual membership before the end of their 2-week trial! Any individual, F45 member or not, qualifies for earning referral credits. For example, if you bring a guest and they in turn bring three more guests during their two-week trial, not only are you are credited with one referral if they join, but your guest is credited with three, which they can apply to their starting rate when they sign up. Terms and Conditions: Your guest must purchase an unlimited use contact within 30 days of their first visit for you to earn a renewal credit. Their purchase of an annual contract counts as one credit. If they purchase a shorter contract then you would only earn that portion of a credit even if they renew later for a longer term. For example, your guest purchases a six-month contract, you earn half of a credit even if they later renew for another whole year. For reference, about 90% of new clients choose annual contracts, and that is what we recommend, so your chances are good for receiving a full credit. Free T-shirt for your guest when they complete three workouts is only valid for guests that are legitimate prospects for F45 memberships. Your visiting out-of-town friends and relatives are welcome, but unless they are moving to the area, they are not considered a prospect. Only one person can receive credit for a new member and no splitting credits. For example, if two people work together to bring in the same new guest then only one of them gets a referral credit. This offer is not retroactive. It applies only to referred membership purchases made in 2018 and beyond but includes referrals to people that tried F45 in 2017 and that later purchase memberships in 2018 and beyond. Accumulated referral credits and applied discounts are subject to reversal should the referred customer default on membership fees associated with their initial term. This is a limited time promotion that upon ending will still stay active through your next renewal period. For example, if the program was to end in January 2019, and you had 3 renewal credits built up and your next renewal was in June of 2019, you could still earn more referral credits until that June and receive credit for them all at the June renewal. When this renewal program is offered with other renewal incentives (i.e. $100 discount off current membership fees) a renewal credit can only be earned when chosen over other incentives.
