F45 workouts typically consist of a variety of stations forming a highly effective moving circuit using various pieces of equipment to be shared. Since the pandemic F45 has created an equally effective and fun non-shared equipment solution for in-studio workouts to comply with the strict reopening guidelines of some governments. This programming will use the majority of the studio equipment, but members will be assigned to a fixed station for the entire workout to help maintain social distancing guidelines and eliminate person-to-person contact and sharing of equipment. Equipment, Setup, and Layout ● In this programming, there are 9 workout stations around the room, and you can have up to 2 people per workout station for total of 18 people per class. ● Trainers will not be doing demonstrations, but will allocate members to a certain workout station where you will stay for the entire session. ● The set equipment at each workout station will not change day to day, but the exercises will. Members will only use the pieces of equipment in their allocated space and will follow the screen tile corresponding to that workout station. ● Trainers will allocate members with different strength levels to the same workout station so there will be adequate variety in weight increments for you.
Layout ● Members will stay in their workout station for the entire session. ● Each workout station should allow for approximately 6ft x 6ft per member ● Equipment layout: ○ Workout Station 1 - Dumbbells, Barbell, Soft Box, Skipping Rope ○ Workout Station 2 - Sledgehammer, Kettlebell, Skipping Rope, Agility Cones, Bike (cardio/hybrid days only) ○ Workout Station 3 - Dumbbells, Barbell, Balance Trainer, Skipping Rope, Slides ○ Workout Station 4 - Suspension Trainer, Barbell, Medicine Ball ○ Workout Station 5 - Kettlebells, Power Band, Plyo Box, Skipping Rope, Rower (cardio/hybrid days only) ○ Workout Station 6 - Barbell, Swiss Ball, Power Band, Slides ○ Workout Station 7 - Bench, Dumbbells, Agility Cones ○ Workout Station 8 - Deadball, REVO Bars, Step Trainer, Ab Wheel, Bike (cardio/hybrid days only) ○ Workout Station 9 - Deadball, REVO Bars, Slides, Skipping Rope
