We hope the year if off to a great start for you! We have a lot going on the rest of this month and want to be sure you are in the know.

45 DAY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE JAN. 18-MAR. 3:  Over halfway through the challenge and hope you're enjoying the process and seeing results. If you are struggling getting results or want to know how to push yourself even harder please reach out, we are here to help!

CANCELATION/NO SHOW POLICY REMINDER: We want to be sure we can get as many people in our classes as possible. If you don't cancel your class 2hrs or more before class, you will be charged a $10 late fee. Additionally, if you are on the waitlist for multiple classes and get in please remove yourself from all classes you will not be attending. Also, there is a $15 late fee for a NO show. Something come up last minute?  We understand, shoot us a text or call.

LET'S KEEP IT CLEAN AND SAFE: PLEASE keep wearing masks upon entering studio! 

Thank you for your continued support in keeping our studio clean and safe.  Just a quick reminder to be sure you are wiping your equipment off thoroughly and not leaving wet equipment.  Trainer tip: spray your cloth and then wipe down the equipment. We want to remain clean and safe!
