Great place to find inspiration and to have fun while working out.

I love the Fitt Theorem studio. Coaches are great and offer guidance on form and modifications as I’m gaining strength and learning the moves. Motivating throughout the entire class and push at the right times to challenge yourself while being mindful of limitations (if any). I like the accountability of registering for each class and the no-show fee is just a kick in the pants for anyone not committed to their obligations snd holds us accountable - the coaches show up, it’s rude and in poor taste to not communicate. Tight group of trainers/coaches - awesome!

They are very nice, understanding and have a passion to help as best as they can. This is my first impression. We will see later on.

Amazing workout! Great instructors that keep you energized! All around great community to be apart of. I especially recommend coming here if you are new to the area and want to start meeting people. You will not regret it!

Such a fun and great atmosphere

Looking for a change of fitness, get HOOKED on Kickboxing. It's more than you ever would expect. I've been Hooked for 2 plus yrs. I couldn't imagine not doing it.

Started in January and fell in love! I hate exercising but love kickboxing! Has been effective to lose weight and gain muscle! Come join the fun :)
