    -40 March and I wouldn’t have done it without this place. The support of the trainers and other members makes the atmosphere feel so different from any normal gym.

    Workouts are highly effective and helped me lose 25lbs. I wish staff would sweep the mats in between every class and enforce "no shoes on mat" policy. I like the $10 missed class fee because it is very motivating and I hope they keep it.

    Love coming here. Signed up last year around Nov. but a week or two later we locked down again. As soon as it opened back up again i started to go back again. I love coming here to learn the ways of kickboxing and of course do some cardio. But mostly I love the environment of this community. Were like a family here.

    The coaches are great and will push you to do everything you can during a workout. Gets me past what I thought was my limit. Worth the pain and hurt for the 50 min workout.

    I have never LOVED a gym. I can no longer say that. I am in the best shape, with the best friends and accountability buddies! The workouts are challenging and the coaches truly care. I can’t say enough about what this community has done for my life!
