Best gym in boise

Jamie was SO incredible. This was my first kickboxing class and she was so kind to walk me through every step, what to expect, and was with me the whole class making sure I was using proper technique and having fun! Cannot wait to come back 😃

My first time attending a class 4/6/23 and I didn’t know what to expect but I loved it the moment I stepped foot through the door. Everyone is so encouraging and the hype was amazing. The workout is a challenge for EVERYONE not just yourself. Trainers were there to help every step of the way, and everything was explain before the class. I can wait for my future classes!

Love this place! It truly makes me look forward to working out. They take all of the planning out of fitness by giving you a killer workout that’s also fun!

Best way to blow off steam and great community. This has been the best investment in myself that i have ever made.

I had so much fun today! The class size was perfect & everyone had different body types/experience levels, it made it feel so much more inclusive & inviting. Definitely will be back!

If you want to feel good and have fun while you workout ilovekickboxing is the place great staff awesome music!! This has helped my mental health and my overall health!!! Super recommend!!

I went in today not knowing what to expect but by the end of class I was smiling because it was great I felt 100% better by the end then I did when I walked in there. My consultation was amazing and very welcoming!

The instructor was clear, with a sense of humor! I only lasted a little while but I can feel it in my arms. Definitely going back!

Feels good to get back to fight

I joined in for the 6 week challenge but ended up getting a membership after the challenge was over because I fell in love all of it. You get an amazing workout in. The instructors are all amazing and push you to do your best every time. Joining kickboxing has been the best decision I have made. I don’t think I would have ever said working out is fun but it actually is with kickboxing!
